Southampton, February 2009. the only tool you need is a good saw, I have posted a few other vids on how to use a saw safely to remove large branches and won’t go over it all again. If in doubt, remove LESS wood than you think you need to, as a rough guide 20-30% maximum, and saw out whole branches to reduce crowding. Remove wood which is obviously dead or diseased.
