Do not trim wheatgrass. The nutritional value degrades between 50-70% after the first cut. Grow to maturity, juice it, and replant with new seeds.

You know wheatgrass is ready to harvest when a second blade of grass starts to grow from the base of the grass which is already tall.

Havest and store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 10 days.
