I’m assuming the full show or at least press clips were filmed due to this.. are they available anywhere? does anyone know
I’ve listened to the original recording of this musical from the 1960′s and it was fantastic. I am so glad they had a revival of it.
I thought Alan Alda (from M*A*S*H) was the original Adam.
i havent even heard of this until i watched the vid of her opener at the Drama Desk Awards when she talked about an Apple Tree sequel…it was a joke but i didnt get it…still laughed tho =] lol
When they make an OST of this revival and I listen to it over a hundred times, I will be able to die happy…..

Limited engagements like this one on Broadway don’t have cast recordings… The Apple Tree was only on Broadway for 6 months so they knew they wouldn’t make one… It’s so sad, I know… I feel the same was about these amazing songs
that’s not true in all cases, as even some Encores! performances have had cast recordings, in most cases you are right though unfortunately. They definitely should have though, These three are very popular on Broadway, everyone would’ve bough it. Plus it wouldn’t have been that hard to recor. It’s only three people. haha
I love BdJ, and it goes without saying that I love Cheno (who doesn’t?). Gosh I wish there was a soundtrack for this. =(

Not necessarily true! The revival of Assassins was a limited engagement and got a CR (and thank God for that, I personally like the RCR better than the OOBCR! The cast is UNBELIEVABLE and Neil Patrick Harris was so much better than Patrick Cassidy)
