what about budding and asexual reproduction. sertain unicellular organisms only have a mother and daughter cell. how are these then created in pairs?

Asexual Reproduction is mentioned in another verse of Holy Quran:

And in the earth are neighboring tracts, and gardens of vines, and green crops, and date-palms, growing into two or three from a single stem root, or otherwise (one stem root for every palm), watered with the same water; yet some of them We made more excellent than others to eat. Verily, in these things there are Ayat(proofs, evidence, signs) for the people who understand.

Just for knowledge:Asexual reproduction is defined as the process by which a single organism, like a flower, produces another organism or organisms (another flower or flowers) identical to itself.
